Cross Connection Survey Fayetteville, AR VAMC

This Project was a field study to identify all cross connects and dead legs on the domestic water distribution lines and provide record drawings of plumbing systems at the Fayetteville VA Medical Center. The scope of work included a complete survey and identification of all potential or actual cross connections. The project adhered to VHA Directive 1061. The study produced full set of record plumbing drawings depicting existing layout of the entire domestic water system consisting of 37 buildings on the Fayetteville Campus. Northeast Infrastructure providee approximate costs for each corrective action.
